Warning: this is the only post I will be making on this blog as myself, aka "Kaleeko". Confused? Read on!
Yours Truly, Margo is a journal about a girl--written from the point of view a girl--named Margo May Kane. She is a Sim, and thus a fictional character; everything in this blog, then, is also a work of fiction.
Margo is a rather timid, troubled girl that needs a lot of help! This blog is a place for me to not only talk about the world through Margo's eyes, but to interact with people outside her 'world'; as she goes through life, she'll often encounter some situations that she will need help being guided through. So, besides simply getting to read about who she is, you will be able to talk to her directed and advise her through the comments on this blog.
As part of this journal from my character's perspective:
The responses to all comments on this blog will be written from the persona of Margo. So, if you want to have a dialogue with her, ask her questions, or tell her what she should be doing to fix her life--feel free to do so! Just be warned; she may take very seriously (or poorly) anything you say to her.
Now, why would you want to comment to Margo directly?
What you say to her could have a direct impact on the choices that she makes in the story. Like any real person would, she takes very seriously--or childishly--any advice that people want to give her. So keep in mind: what you comment does matter!
First of all, this blog is not entirely a stand-alone story. Margo is a character from Desperate Sims, so some things she may talk about here are in reference to what happened in that story; however, I'll be sure to link to posts that may be related to what she's talking about, for those that are curious.
Second: besides this post, this isn't a place to comment to myself, the writer. If you have a comment or question you want directed towards me, please leave a comment on this post, a message on my Twitter or Tumblr, or send me an e-mail at kaleeko@gmail.com.
Lastly: this isn't meant to be a one-way street!
If you want to take on a persona of your own in the comments, feel free! Comment as a character from one of your stories, a pen pal Margo might have, or even one of her nosy classmates; you don't have to be some random stranger if you don't want to be! Just be sure to sign the comment with name/relationship so I know who to respond to. (The only thing I ask is that if you want to comment as one of the other "main" characters in the story, you ask my permission first. I'm okay with it, I just want to know before you spring it on me!)
